    Yeah, but somehow Ciara looks better to me when she’s hooded out. Plus, no need to have the ta-tas out at a White House function.

    speaking of kennedy, isn’t ciara the new jane kennedy! we loved her…cici mixes it with a lil’ bit of aaliyah though, who we also loved!
