Yes, uh huh, that’s what I was mentioning to the older folks (in their 70s) in one of the nearby communities. I said that he’s going to be the next President of the UNITED States…!!! Aw, they had liked the sound of that!!!
…and one of them seriously wanted to know who Sen. Barack Obama was going to pick as his vice president. I said, “Hm, I don’t know.” Then older gentlemen said, “Well, I hope he don’t pick Oprah.” He made us all laughed.
