JILL Scott must feel bittersweet about her profile in next month’s Vogue, where the Grammy-winning R&B artist is praised as possibly being Hollywood’s next big thing. The comments were made by Oscar-winning director Anthony Minghella, who tragically died yesterday of a hemorrhage following neck surgery. “She is extremely stellar. I think she can be a real star,” raved Minghella, who recently directed Scott as Botswana gumshoe Precious Ramotswe in the upcoming flick The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency.
