Say it ain’t so
America’s Next Top Model without Tyra Banks would be like fried without chicken. It just doesn’t make sense. OK! Magazine (via MSNBC) claims that Tyra’s days as the main chick of Top Model are numbered. Ms. Banks is apparently over it and wants to focus on her talk show. She’s also not getting along with Jay Manuel.
A source said, “It’s gotten so bad that Tyra and Jay aren’t speaking. Tyra barely interacts with the contestants and only wants to show up on judging day.” I don’t blame Tyra. I’m not getting along with Jay either and I don’t even know him. That hair just irks me beyond repair!!
Ms. Banks, of course, wouldn’t comment on the rumors, but a source said she might be looking for a new supermodel to take her place on the reality. Well, if she must leave then there’s just one possible replacement: NAOMI CAMPBELL! Naomi is the only one that could trump Tyra in the crazy department. Blackberry could become the show’s main sponsor. Instead of not handing the loser a picture each week, Naomi could throw a Blackberry at them and tell them to get the hell out. She would also accuse them of stealing her jeans.
For real though, Tyra isn’t going anywhere. Chick loves it way too much.

Why should Tyra leave? Isn’t this show her brainchild? I think it’s ridiculous. And Jay, should thank Tyra for giving him the job to begin with. I say make that money. The show’s a success and even though I’ve outgrown it, I still like to see a black person doing something positive for others while making money at it.
