If you’re in LA this weekend. . .
Then you should definitely hit up the UCLA Reggae Jazz Fest!! The Roots, Immortal Technique, Amos Lee, Goapele, Dr. Lonnie Smith and Garth Trinidad will all perform during the two-day festival’s Jam Day.
This annual concert is one of the largest festivals to be entirely student-produced returning to the campus’s intramural athletic field Sunday and Monday. The gates open at 11 a.m. both days.
The festival, which includes an international arts and food fair, is expected to attract as many as 30,000 visitors. The crowds will basically be packed in, sharing lawn space (no chairs, umbrellas or alcoholic beverages allowed). For more information on the concert and for tickets – click here!
