NYC Update!
What up folks! I hope all is well – just wanted to give you guys a quick NYC update on my trip and everything else. First. New York is amazing! It’s simply one of those cities that I will always love and consider home. Second. Barack Obama is amazing! I had the pleasure of being at the CNN Studios last night (again) to experience such a beautiful night in history and politics! Finally. I met up with some other ‘urban’ gossip bloggers (what up Natasha of YBF and Angel of Concrete Loop) and was lucky enough to secure some great tickets to Usher’s show on Friday at the Apollo as well as some tickets to see ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’ (thanks Denise!)
Some quick great things about NYC:
- Love the fact that John Varvatos took over CBGB
- Meatpacking District is officially non-alternative (but still love it)
- MoMA is inspiring
- The Bowery Hotel should be a NYC staple (or maybe it is)
There’s so much more – but I’m exhausted. WOOHOO!!!
