FRESH MUSIC: John Legend (feat Andre 3000) - Green Light
Prepare to be bamboozled. As you know, John Legend is mostly known for his slow tempo’d melodic music. This song is different. Like Andre 3000 heralds at the end of the song “Sometimes you got to step from behind that piano! Let them know what’s going on! Even Stevie Wonder got down sometimes!” And that’s exactly what John did. He traded in his grand piano for grand synthesizers and a trip hop beat; and the surprising thing is….it works! Andre definitely adds a nice touch to the song.
